Roger is the Founder and CEO of Warrior Contracting Inc., bringing more than 40+ years of experience in the construction industry. His commitment to excellence has driven the company's reputation for delivering high-quality services throughout Western Kentucky and the surrounding region. Roger is an experienced heavy equipment operator, holds a CDL, and is ACI certified. 

Tim is an Owner of Warrior Contracting Inc and also serves as the COO and President. He brings 25+ years of experience in the construction industry. Tim works closely with Prime Contractors, Engineers, Inspectors, and Clients to ensure compliance and project execution. Tim is a highly skilled heavy equipment operator, holds a CDL, and is ACI certified in Level II Grade and Drain, and Level I Concrete Field Testing Technician. You will find Tim on the job-sites ensuring compliance, safety, and strong leadership. 

Jennifer is Majority Owner and CFO of Warrior Contracting Inc. She directs the financial and administrative framework, ensuring oversight of contracts, regulatory compliance, insurance, payroll, and financial reporting. Dedicated to the company's growth, Jennifer preserves the strong reputation and dependable service that defines Warrior's legacy.
